Daily Hukamnama from Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar will now be explained in English from the sister city of Amritsar — Glen cove, NY.
The management of Gurdwara Glen Cove NY, said that since a long time, the Sikh world feels that there is no program available in English for our younger generation and non-Punjabi speaking people in our Gurdwaras. So after long search, an English-speaking Granthi Sahib has been appointed at Gurdwara sahib Glen Cove, NY to fill up this major vacuum.
Launching the website of Gurdwara Sahib On the Vaisakhi Day of 2008, it was kept in mind that not only listen but people could watch the daily program of Gurdwara Sahib Glen cove. Every morning live program would be Broadcasted and telecasted from 7.00 am to 8.00 am which includes Kirtan from 7.00 to 7.30 and Katha from 7.30 8.00 am. (5.00 to 5.30 pm IST)
