Keertan.Org has come a long way since we first started operating out of a humble apartment in Flushing, NY at the start of the 21st century. The first words that ever appeared through this domain name were “Welcome to the future home of KEERTAN.ORG…a website dedicated to HIS name” in early 2000, when the first Radio version of this website was being constructed. Although over eight years have passed since Keertan.Org was blessed with the seva of spreading keertan across the world, the spirit, faith, and love behind those very first words continue to embody the mission and goal of this website. We are at the service of Guru Sahib and the Khalsa Panth alone, and seek only to proliferate open access to the beauty of Gurbani, Gursikhee, and Sangat.

Under the inspiration of the tercentenary celebration of the Guruship of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee, we are happy to present a brand new design for Keertan.Org. Please take a look around! Though a lot has changed, we have kept the basic structure and added more extensive features to certain sections of the site.

• Quick Links - In order to keep the front page neat and clean, some features that apply to only some of our users have been bunched into this drop down box. Simply click the Quick Links box to gain access to Keertan.org Mail Services, the Akhand Paath Spreadsheet, and the popular (redesigned!) Keertan Radio Jukebox.
• Gallery – The gallery section has been revamped with a brand new software and look. We will be building this collection to include images from a wider variety of keertan programs than currently present. If you would like to submit images to our gallery from any type of major keertan program, feel free to get in touch.
• Library – Establishing a large database of online books and reading material has long been an aspiration of Keertan.Org’s sevadaars. We are finally starting that initiative and are excited about this new section! We seek to replicate our achievement of offering the largest database of keertan on the Web, by spreading access to the widest collection of e-books for the Khalsa Panth.
